A professional inspection is not a quick walk-through or a pass-fail test. It is a structured evaluation of the property’s condition at the time of the inspection. What Does a Home Inspection Include?

A comprehensive residential inspection generally examines the home from the roofline to the foundation, then moves through the interior systems that make the property safe and functional. It also does not replace specialized evaluations.
