EXTERIOR

STRUCTURE

The report will detail the roof type, materials, drainage, gutters, downspouts, vents, flashing, skylights, and chimney exteriors.

The inspector's report highlights: - Exterior wall materials and flashing will be inspected. Doors and some windows will be tested. - Terraces steps, porches, railings, and parking are included. Eaves, soffits, and fascia will be examined. - Potential vegetation and land slope issues will be noted.

The inspector will assess the condition of the foundations,, beams, columns, and walls.

INSULATION

The inspector's report will detail the insulation material and vapor barriers in accessible unfinished areas.

The heating system report covers energy sources, equipment, thermostat, chimney, heat distribution, combustible storage, supply line, refueling pipes, and ventilation.

Room Temperature

CLIMATE CONTROL

The report will cover the climate control system, equipment type, thermostat location, distribution system pipes, and drainage installation.

The inspector's report covers water supply, drainage, and hot water, detailing capacity, energy type, and shut-off and pressure relief valves.

ELECTRICITY

The inspector's report will detail the power service entrance installation, equipment amperage and voltage, electrical panels, circuit breakers, branch wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and grounding systems.

Interior Design

INTERIOR

The inspector's report must cover walls, floors, ceilings, staircases, steps, handrails, and some windows and doors, noting the presence of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, along with any signs of leakage stains, condensation, or mold.

Ventilation Pipes

VENTILATION

The inspector's report will address attic, basement, and crawl ventilation, mechanical systems, bathroom fans, range hoods, dryer vents, air exchangers, along with filters and intake.
